LynBDesigns - IntensePolishTherapy Indie Interview (I.I.I)

IntensePolishTherapy Indie Interview (I.I.I)  #4
Questions are BOLD & the creators response will be in the regular font.

Hey guys! Today I am very happy to be interviewing Jenna who is the creator of LynBDesigns!

Please tell me a bit yourself (not your polish brand just you).
-My name is Jenna and I live in a very small town in northern Michigan.  I've lived in Michigan my entire life, and someday hope to live in the Keweenaw Peninsula. I have three cats, who are my fur babies. They are my life.  I've always had a passion for creating things and from a super young age I wanted to be an artist.  Other than making polish I'm a secretary at the local church, a job that was handed down to me when my mom decided to go back to school full time. In my spare time I enjoy watching YouTube and anything Doctor Who or Sherlock related. I also enjoy reading, sleeping, and eating.

What is your nail polish brand name?

What inspired you to name your brand that?
-When I was in High School I fancied myself a fashion designer. Never mind that I can't sew. I started to think of my name for my clothing brand and thought Jenna or Jennalyn was too plain. So I took the lyn from my name and my middle initial. I designed things so it worked.

What year did you start your brand?
-Early 2012

Do you remember the name of the first polish you made &/or sold?
- I think it was Icelandic Sky. It was a one off that was metallic sky blue with silver holographic glitter. So pretty.

Out of all the the polishes you've made, can you tell me your favourite 3?
-It's incredibly hard to pick just three favorites, but I love cremes and holos. So, Nightmare Revisited, Ariel, and Double Bluff.

What are your 3 top sellers of all times?
-TARDIS, Nightmare Revisited, and Absolutely Absolem hands down.

When making a polish, do you create with inspirations or just start adding by random?
-I start with a name and it develops from there. When I create a collection I like to get all the names down before I decide on colors.  There are times when I need to just create and sometimes those turn out better than the planned colors. Nightmare Revisited is one that I created just playing with new pigments.

 Do you ship internationally?
-Yes, I do.

Is there anything else you'd like my readers to know?
-I'm working on a Downton Abbey themed collection that's going to be released at the end of June.

Also could you please link me your website as well as all of the social media sites you use.
