Cre8tion Chameleon Flakes #14

Hey lovelies, check out this absolutely gorgeous flakie gradient manicure I created with Cre8tion chameleon flakies I got from Skylark Nail Supply.

The #14 flakes is actually a mixture of a bunch of different coloured flakes with different colour shifts. There's purple, pink, blue, green, teal, orange, etc. They're absolutely beautiful, they're also extremely light & thin. So do not open it around a fan, an air conditioner, open window or even sneeze around them because they will blow away.

The way I achieved this manicure is by applying my favourite base coat, adding two coats of black polish, then I used a No Wipe Top Coat, once it was cured I started to pick up the flakies using a silicone pointed tip applicator. It was perfect for picking up large or small flakes than placing them where I wanted them. Once they were all perfectly placed just the way I wanted them, I sealed them in with a top coat.

You can use a wedge applicator & burnish them on the nail the way you can with other chrome powders, however it sort of gives it a bit more of a muddy look since it shreds the flakes.

I got these flakes from Skylark Nail Supply, it's a website that sells salon quality items that are priced extremely fairly. There's currently a huge hype around these multichrome flakes, & special finish powders, however a ton of places are jacking up the prices. However Skylark & Cre8tion keep their prices low.

So for a 0.5g of flakes it's only $12, compared to other places that are charging $20-30. So I absolutely applaud while at the same time thanking them. I can be extremely frugal at times so they make feeding my nail art addiction easier. I highly recommend checking out their website, & I will most certainly be sharing more products from their website since I'm already in the process of planning my next order!

Thank you so much for reading,
Anita xo
