Hey guys! I have been having so much fun blending my own scents using Demeter Fragrances & their Blending Pyramid chart.
Demeter Fragrance - Blending Pyramid
So first thing I did was take inventory of all of the scents I have left, sadly I have gone through a few bottles of my favourites but I still have a good amount let that were perfect for what I had in mind! After writing down what I had, on three separate pages I organized them into Top, Middle & Base notes with the help of the blending pyramid. So let's check out what scents I combined! Also if you'd like to find out what each scent smells like I'll be hyper linking the scent names below, so just click on whichever one you're interested in & it'll take you to the Demeter website.
Demeter - Brownie + New Leaf + Peach
Demeter - Snow + Cherry Blossom + Sunshine
Demeter - Dark Chocolate + Lavender + Honey
Demeter - Christmas in New York + First Love + Candy Cane Truffle
Demeter - Bubble Gum + Sour Apple Lollipop
Although Demeter makes creating your own scent super easy, the range of scents is what really makes it difficult. I had such a hard time picking out my favourites to blend. Of course there are some combinations that don't work but if you follow the chart you'll have a much better change. Demeter also offers box sets of note levels plus they come with thick paper testing strips. Such as these...
Demeter Chocolate Base Notes
This Chocolate Base Note trio contains Chocolate Mint, Moonbeam & Dark Chocolate. However they have other base note sets as well
Demeter Light Floral Middle Notes
Demeter's Light Floral Middle Note Trio contains Daisy, Dandelion & Lavender. Again they do have other trios as well. They also have Top Note Trios.
What I'm going to show you next is Demeter helping you step up your Signature Scent game even more. So after you've found a good blend that you're just in love with. They have a Foolproof Blending Tool Kit.
This set contains: 1 Fragrance Funnel, 6 Droppers, 1 1 oz Refillable Bottle with Pump, Cap and a Customizable Label - that works best with permanent markers as well as Blending Strips for easy blending.
So really now it's just up to you to decide what you want. Let me know what you create! I've love to try them if I can!
