Revlon Chroma Chameleon Collection Swatches & Review

Hello everyone, today I'll be doing a review & sharing swatches of the Revlon Chroma Chameleon Collection which contains both dou & multi chrome polishes. These polishes were sent to me by Revlon so I can share my honest opinions on them with my readers. So lets get started...

So here I have 7 of the 8 polishes from this collection. The ones I have are from left to right the names are:
Topaz, Pink Quartz, Tanzanite, Gold, Amethyst, Aquamarine, Cobalt
So far by the looks of some of these polishes, some are dupes for other duo/multi chrome polishes that are or have been on the market. I will have a swatch comparison post of some of them next to possible dupes on a later date.

Revlon Amethyst
So to start off with a BANG! we have Revlon Amethyst, which is a very very eye appealing polish. From head on it looks like a purple polish but you can see the shifts of blue, green & gold when you start wiggling your fingers. I used two good coats to achieve these colour intensity.

Revlon Aquamarine
Revlon Aquamarine
Next up we have a very beautiful & bright aqua blue. That is PERFECTION, especially for summer! This colour doesn't have as strong as a shift but never the less still a gorgeous pink shift. It applied 2 good coats for this opacity. (=

Revlon Cobalt
Revlon Cobalt
This one sort of bothers me. I am not sure exactly why this polish is in this collection. Well I sort of know but I think they should have held this one off for a different collection. I mean in the bottle you can sort of see a colour shift to a darker blue that has a tint of purple to it. HOWEVER none of it shows up on the nail really. All it really looks like is a shadow. & Don't get me wrong I love the colour, but I just don't think this is the collection for it. For this picture I used two coats.

Revlon Gold
This polishes is one of the more well known Duo chromes. It has many dupes. Theres not much more that I need to say other then it's a beautiful polish with an amazing colour shift. Only needed two coats.

Revlon Pink Quartz
Revlon Pink Quartz
Pink Quartz
This one is different, it's not as common but still stunning. It's a pink toned gold that shifts to a gold colour. Very beautiful! only needed 2 coats.

Revlon Tanzanite
Now this one is my favourite out of the bunch! It's a beautiful vibrant purple colour that shifts to a colour I can only explain as a goldy-copper-brown. Yup that's the best way I can explain it. This polish has sucha beautiful & strong shirt. I LOVE IT! 2 Coats used to achieve this !

Revlon Topaz
This is a super stunning polishes at first it appears to be a goldish green then when you move your nails you start seeing a darker green & some hits on a beautiful blue! I really enjoyed with one & only two coats were used for this!

This polishes are stunning, you may not need all of them but I would suggest that you get at least 1 or 2. I really love how they look & how well they shift from one colour to another. & they're opacity was pretty good too. So I would recommend these to anyone who wants a pretty polish that doesn't exactly keep up with all the new nail polish collection from china glaze, chanel & opi.

Which ones are you gonna get?
Which did you like ?
Do you own any? What are your thoughts on them?

Blogger Inspiration Recreation Challenge (=

Hey guys! So I'm in a group on facebook for people who love nail art & polishes. & we vote on a nail art, lots of ladies in the group participate & share their creations. It's really fun. So this weeks theme was to recreate a bloggers creation. So I decided on this.

PLEASE GO CHECK THIS BLOG OUT! So much gorgeous nail art !!
I really love this ! So I gave it a shot, & am pretty happy with the results. So Heres what I did & used:

I applied two coats of Essie Blanc as a base colour
then using OPI Pink Friday I wiped most of the product off the brush & made some circles.
Then I did the same using Essie Come Here.
Once dry I took a toothpick & made little C & curved shapes to outline & give the look of rose petals using Essie bottle service over OPI Pink Friday & Essence Fame Fatal over Essie Come Here.
After that I used a toothpick & took OPI Did It On Em & made little leaves. Using the other side of the toothpick I half fast applied tiny strokes of Essie Shake Your $$ Maker over the OPI Did It On Em.
Then applied a top coat (=

So basically I recreated a manicure that was recreating another bloggers manicure.

Rainbow Sparkles Kiko 255 & Color Club Harp On It

Hey guys! I hope everyone had a good weekend !
Lastnight I wanted to wear something really pretty, purple, holographic, that of course had some glitter. So I choose a beautiful Kiko polish that a dear friend sent me. I really love this manicure & hope you do too !

So I used Kiko 255 & Colour Club Harp On It.
I applied a base coat (Nutra Nail Bullet-proof Strength)
Then applied two coats of my base colour (Kiko 225)
Then using Color Club Harp On It, I wipe off 1 side of the brush & applied a line of polish down the nail.

You can use striping tape if you want. (=

Sweetcheeks Polish Review & Swatches (=

Hey guys! Today I have two gorgeous polishes to share with you! The lovely Stephanie from Sweetcheeks Polish sent me two stunning polishes. They're very unique in different ways. So let's get started.

First up is the fabulous Jerrica, Jerrica is a beautiful light shimmering gold polish that in the right light is holographic. This one out of the two is my favourite. I didn't want to pick favourites but this one just is so amazing & to me would be perfect for the spring & summer. Especially when you're at the park or beach & pretty much all your clothes are either neons or pastels & you have a nice natural glowing tan. This will perfect everything. As you can see in the picture above it's gorgeous with a tanned toned skin. Of course it'll be stunning on any colour but I'm just speaking from my experience from when I wore it. That & it was really amazing for layering.

1 coat or Jerrica over two coats of I'm All Ears
2 coats or Jerrica over two coats of I'm All Ears
As you can see here I tried layering Jerrica over OPI I'm All Ears. & It turned out beautiful. I don't know what it is exactly that makes these two colours mingle so well, but who really cares? If it looks this gorgeous why question it!

Now on to Aja which is a beautiful shifting matte jelly polish. It almost looks like iridescent micro flakies in a blue matte jelly base. In the picture above I am wearing two coats. Of course this is buildable & good for layering however I will be using this in a up & coming post, using it as a base colour & doing a glitter gradient over it. That way the nail bed is showing but you still see the beautiful shimmery colour.

I layers Aja over Beauty Couture Royalty. Now yes of course you could layer it over any colour such as a black however I really wanted to show that you can use a gorgeous colour under a gorgeous polish. I really love this one for layering I think next time I am gonna try over a deep green of a royal blue, like OPI Swimsuit Nailed It!

Overall thoughts are I NEED TO PICK UP SOME FULL SIZE polishes! Especially of Jerrica! I can't get enough of them! They're really good & the formulation of the two polishes were very easy to apply, very buildable & perfect for layering or alone. I highly recommend that you check out her Etsy shop Sweetcheeks Polish!

So if you're interested in checking out her stuff heres her shop link & facebook  fan page! (=

So what are your thoughts on these polishes?

Which ones would you purchase?

Swatches & Review on the SpaRitual Meditate Collection

Hey guys today I have swatches of the SpaRituals Meditate Collection that I was sent to review & share my honest opinions about. They are beautiful colours & they're such earthy tones. They're very fresh spring colours. So let's get started...

SpaRitual Meditate Collection
SpaRitual Meditate Collection
Peace & Harmony, Quietness, Transcend, Calm & Clear, Energy & Introspective

SpaRitual Calm & Clear
SpaRitual Calm & Clear 2 coats
SpaRitual Calm & Clear
SpaRitual Calm & Clear 3 coats
SpaRitual Calm & Clear
SpaRitual Calm & Clear 4 coats
Calm & Clear is a beautiful neutral pink, it's pretty sheer needs 4 coats to be completely opaque. However even with 2, 3 or 4 coats it's gorgeous. & would be beautiful alone or layering using glitter. It's sort of a mix between a cream polish & a jelly polish.

SpaRitual Energy
SpaRitual Energy 3 coats
Energy is a beautiful blue polish that is really pretty. To my eye it has a greyish look to it. Very easy to work with & was fully opaque in 3 coats.

SpaRitual Introspective
SpaRitual Introspective 4 coats
Introspective is a beautiful earthy green that is just pretty! It's a very natural green. Another easy one to work with & took 4 coats to be fully opaque.

SpaRitual Peace & Harmony
SpaRitual Peace & Harmony 2 coats
SpaRitual Peace & Harmony
SpaRitual Peace & Harmony
SpaRitual Peace & Harmony
SpaRitual Peace & Harmony 4 coats
Peace & Harmony Now this white is gorgeous. It's on the shimmer matte side & took 4 coats to be fully opaque.

SpaRitual Quiteness
SpaRitual Quietness 4 coats
Quietness is a beautiful nude polish that is a really nice color. Also to be fully opaque it took 4 coats.

SpaRitual Transcend
SpaRitual Transcend 4 coats
Transcend is like Peace & Harmony in the way that it's shimmery & on the matte side. It has goldish shimmers in it which make it a beautiful yellow.

Overall Review
To be honest with everyone these aren't my favourite formulas by them. I really love this brand however this collection isn't the greatest & was sort of more work than I am used to. I prefer 1-2 coaters however I am willing to apply 3-4 coats just for Energy & Introspective. They are stunning & to me worth the extra coats.

So what are your thoughts on this collection?
How do you feel about applying 3-4 coats for a polish to be opaque?
Are there any that you think you would want or might get?
