Cute Fuzzy Easter Bunny Manicure

Hey guys !! I am so excited to show you my easter manicure, I think it is so adorable! & even has a cute Fuzzy Bunny ! There is so much I love about this manicure, like the fact that it is so colourful, fuzzy, & very holidayish... lmao.

The Products I used are:
Nicole by OPI - "Baby" Blue
Essie - First Timer (which i forgot to add in the group pic)
China Glaze - Holly-day
Wet 'n' Wild - White
OPI - If you moust, you moust
OPI - Funkey Dunkey
OPI - Can't Find My Czechbook
OPI - Did it on em'
Natali - White Flocking Powder
Dotting tool
Short Striping Brush

So lets get started...

First I applied 1 thick coat of NOPI - "Baby" Blue then let it completely dry.

Then I used Essie First Timer & a short striping brush & painted some short grass like stripes.
Then using China Glaze Holly-Day I did the same thing.
After that I missed a bit of both together so & again did the same thing.
I really like the effect it gave doing the dark & light colours
& then them both mixed it gives the grass more dimension.

After letting the grass dry I took the white Wet 'n' Wild & the dotting tool & made some eggs & bunnies. I used the dotting tool to make the eggs & the bottom of the bunny. I used the brush to make the ears. Once I got it the way I liked it I got the white flocking powder & applied it on the bunny.

After it all dried I applied colourful polka dots to the egg using OPI If you moust... you moust, Funkey Dunkey, Can't Find My Czechbook, Did it on em'. Then when they dried I applied my fast dry top coat. & Cuticle Oil.

& then there you have it a beautiful Fuzzy Bunny playful manicure with beautiful colourful spotted eggs! <3 (= Enjoy & I hope you have an awesome weekend & Easter !

Glitter, Glitter & More Glitter !

Hey guys, today I wanted to share this cute manicure I did. Originally I was gonna do a purple manicure to support Epilepsy Awareness. So Instead of just doing 1 manicure in honour of Epilepsy Awareness From April 1st to the 5th I will be posting only purple manicures. I don't care what I had scheduled to post next week, cause this subject is very dear & near to my heart. If you wish you support my project & you decide to do 1 purple manicure or all 5 for the week, I would truly appreciate it & I am sure my dear friend April would to. Also if you are please let me know in the comments I would love to check out the manicures you come up with!

So on to todays post, this manicure is something I wasn't sure how it would turn out. I already had the accent finger in mind but I didn't know I was gonna do a reverse gradient until I was picking out the glitter & applying it.

So the products I used are listed in order of use:

Base Coat: LCN- Super Hardener
Base Colour: OPI Can't Find My Czechbook
Accent Nail: OPI - Crown Me Already
First Gradient Glitter: Mason - 96
Second Gradient Glitter: OPI -
Top Coat: Natali - 60 Second Top Coat

So the first thing I did was applying my base coat to protect my natural nails from staining from this very pigmented blue polish. After applying my base coat I applied two coats of my base colour on my thumb, pointer, middle & pinkie fingers, then applied my accent nail colour to my ring finger & let it completely dry. Once the base colour was dry I applied my first glitter using the technique I do for every gradient manicure. I make sure the brush is covered in a lot of product & fully wipe off all the product on 1 side of the brush, then I going in either at the free edge or the nail near the cuticle & get the coverage I desire . Then I dip the brush back into the polish wipe of both sides leaving very little product & in small strokes applying the polish toward the middle of the nail. Once that was dry I took the second glitter & did the same process. Then I applied my top coat. & Taa daa!

I must admit I just got OPI Crown me already, & It needs to be said that it is now my go to silver. It has such beautiful glittery coverage. <3 I just adore it.

Revlon Review

Hey guys, so today I have a review for the company Revlon, they provided me with some items that I could review on my blog. So when I received the items I was very excited because I love trying new products. The items they sent me are:
Treat & Boost
Cuticle Softener
Nail Brightener
Dual Ended Nail Art Neon - Amped Up
Dual Ended Nail Art Moon Candy - Eclipse
Dual Ended Nail Art Expressionist - Silhouette
Dual Ended Nail Art Expressionist - Vincent Van Gold
Nail Lacquer - Ritzy

So let us jump right into the review shall we.

They also sent me two nail files however I only use my crystal nail file,
So gave these to my mother in law & she said she's loving them.

 Revlon's Matte Top Coat.
This is a special top coat that you can apply to any polish & it will turn the matte. In this picture I have applied it over, the Dual Ended Nail Art Expressionist in the colour Silhouette & the Dual Ended Nail Art Expressionist in the colour Vincent Van Gold.  This is the second Matte top coat I own & I from what I can tell by using my other one that it's a pretty good. It makes it so it's not so shiny & the colour a different look. perfect if you want to change it up.

My apologies for my nails. This is Revlon Treat & Boost.
I have only been using it for about a week & I am really enjoying it. My nails are strong by themselves so this just gives it the extra "umph" they need. I also know another blogger who uses this exact product & she had really brittle nails & it's been helping her nails enormously. So if you are looking for something to help your nails, you could easily access pretty much where ever Revlon products are sold.

Okay, now I gotta give it up to Revlon for this product. I love the smell of this products & how well moisturized it leaves the skin around my nails. I love how easy it is to apply using the brush & how its a gel & no To me I am pretty sure I think the smell is Guava which I am a huge fan of. I love everything Guava. Now sadly for me I feel that the only downfall this product has is the sort of sticky residue feeling it leaves.

So this products is Revlon's Nail Brightener, when I first got this I thought it was a Nail Whitener. However  it's not. Aha. I painted my nails & completely spaced & forgot to apply a base coat, of course the polish I applied was a staining pretty blue which sucked. However after I took off the polish I applied this & as you can tell from the pictures up above it has super tiny blue shimmers in a white-ish base, which of course only made the stain stand out more. However if you used this & your nails aren't stand blue it is just something nice to have on your nails so they're not completely bare & plain.

Revlon Nail Art NEON Amped Up - 2 coats of the white & 2 coats of the green
Revlon Nail Art NEON in the colour Amped Up
I really enjoy the concept of these dual ended polishes. I love the combinations they came up with. The white was a breeze to work with & was fully opaque in two coats, because the white took two coats I was hoping that green polish would only take 1 coat however it did take two. I also don't think that this green is very neon. It was a very toned down green. Also the fact that the bottles are attached, when you use one side the rest is a handle which is a bit different then what I am used to which I don't mind, however the polishes themselves are tiny so I'm always worried that I'm gonna knock it over.

Ugh I was so excited about these however when I seen them in the store, I knew I would be disappointed. I own quite a few flakie polishes so for me this just doesn't cut it. I love the shade of purple but once again nothing special. I Love what they tried to do however the mylar flakes are to think & coarsely chopped. I don't like that some edges stick up & you can even tell that they don't lay completely flat on the nail. They came out with some awesome combinations when it came to the Moon Candy collection. However if you don't own any other flakies I would suggest this because they are a nice polish topper if you're not too picky when it comes to things like this.

I adore this one so much, I mean I love everything about it. The nude polish was opaque in two coats, & the goldish shimmer part is beautiful & complimented the nude very well & of course I love how well the brush worked for making fine lines & details. Very simple to work with & would highly recommend The Expressionist line to any beginners. (=

This was my favourite our of them all! I really love this shade of purple & gold together. It's two perfect colours available in 1 purchase. That is the best way I can explain it. LOL. I cannot get over this combination. The purple was easy to work with & as well was the gold. The same goes for the thin brush, it was very easy to work with, just takes a bit of practice. (=

This polish is so cute, at first when I seen pictures of it online when it first came out I thought it was a dupe for OPI - metallic for life. & then when I received it, & inspected it closer I seen that this polish has tiny silver glitter, with black & silver medium hexagons in a black jelly base. I enjoy polishes that are in a coloured base only if they colour is build-able so of course I love this polish. The only problem I had with it was some of the glitter would stay on 1 part of the nail so when I applied the second coat it would so of have more glitter in one section so it wasn't very flat & smooth when it dried.

[Over All Review]
I really enjoy that Revlon is trying new things & trying to cater to the nail polish trends & stay on top of them. I can tell what they were trying to accomplish with all the products however some didn't live up to my personal exceptions & some really caught me off guard. The quality of their products are fairly good, some do have their pros & cons so it's really up to you & you're own person preference. So please let me know what you think of my review? Do you own any of Revlon's Nail Art polishes? What do you think of them?
